保証について

バックパックの保証期間は2年となっています

製造工程における欠陥のみ保証対象となっております。意図的に(所有者または第三者によって)傷ついた場合、または不当な使用にて起こった場合は保証が適用されませんのでご了承ください。

製品の初期不良などの過失が商品ある場合は弊社負担、それ以外に関しては送料元払いにて返送下さい。

If you’re not satisfied with your product, you are entitled to return the backpack within 30 days of delivery to you. Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping fees.

Shipping

The shipping costs depend on which country you want your products delivered to. Please check our cart page for a live shipping calculator.

最短で3〜6日程でのお届けとなります。

We currently ship all orders from Hong Kong. If your country charges import taxes on overseas goods, there is a chance your order may be subject to tax. We will do our best to minimize this risk for you but please be aware that if you are asked to pay tax by your country’s customs, we have no control over this. We do not provide refunds for taxes.
