The warranty for our backpack is two years.
We will repair or replace any products that have manufacturing defects, or products that have succumbed to reasonable wear and tear within the given warranty period. We will not accept the return of products that have been deliberately damaged (either by the owner or a third party) or subjected to unreasonable usage.
Please use the warranty system on our support page. We will assess your warranty claim and discuss the possible options with you.
For warranty issues, we will cover all return shipping costs. For normal returns, please see below.
Please note that we only accept returns in the following countries. Europe (all EU countries plus UK, Norway, Switzerland), Canada, USA, Australia, South Africa, Japan, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan. If you’re not satisfied with your product, you are entitled to return the backpack within 30 days of delivery to you. Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping fees.
We ship to the following countries: Europe (all EU countries plus UK, Norway, Switzerland), Canada, USA, Mexico, New Zealand, Australia, South Africa, Singapore, Japan, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea, Philippines, Thailand. If your country is not on this list, please contact us and we will look at the available shipping options.

All Code 10 Website orders will be shipped out as soon as we receive your order. Shipping takes between 3 and 10 days depending on your location.

We currently ship all orders from Hong Kong. If your country charges import taxes on overseas goods, there is a chance your order may be subject to tax. We will do our best to minimize this risk for you but please be aware that if you are asked to pay tax by your country’s customs, we have no control over this. We do not provide refunds for taxes.
